One of our favorite drinks this year is a simple, but effective Lajit Schizandra Lemonade.
- 1/4 tsp. Lajit Shizandra
- 5g-10g of Lajit Gold Infused Honey or alternative sweetener
- 12 oz. Water
- Juice of Half a Lemon
Mix all ingredients, serve over ice, or as a warm tea!
This is a classic fresh chai technique I learned years ago from our good friends at The Fix For Foodies raw restaurant in Nevada City. They use fresh spices and a Vitamix blender to create a heavenly blend of fresh chai and coconut milk, all made from scratch in about 3 minutes. Repeat a mantra for pure intention 🙏
- 1 Serving Tea Leaf or Rooibos
- 12 oz. Hot Water
- 4 Cardamom Pods
- 1 Whole Clove
- 3 Peppercorns
- 1 Thumb Fresh Ginger
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 3 tsp Coconut Sugar or 1/2 Dropper Stevia
- 1 Serving Lajit
Prepare Shilajit by mixing with a small amount of hot water. Combine all ingredients in your strongest blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until coconut flake is pureed. Strain with fine strainer, French Press, or nut milk bag. Consider brewing black tea ahead of time to avoid bitterness from blending. Enjoy!
